Custom items are made to order which can take upto 21 business days to manufacture, therefore processing time and delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks. 

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery, (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Cueva Premium) due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Most of our solid gold items are made to order and can take up to 21 business days to be created, meaning processing time and delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks. Please be sure to note this time when making your order especially ahead of key dates or holidays.

We are happy to offer exchanges (for non customised or personalised solid gold items excluding earrings) within 14 days if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

Any piece of (non-customised) jewelry that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or altered in any way (including resizing), and has made contact with us within 14 days after delivery, is entitled to a return or an exchange.

For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings.

All customised items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 14 days following delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
