Made to order/customised/personalised items – All our solid gold items are made to order and can take up to 21 business days to be created, meaning processing time and delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks. Please be sure to note this time when making your order especially ahead of key dates or holidays. If an item is marked as “pre-order”, please refer to the shipping date indicated on the product page. You will be charged at the time that the order is placed.

Global shipping delays may impact when you receive your package. We endeavour to share any significant updates based on the information provided by the shipping carriers. Delivery details and tracking number will be provided to you via the email provided.

Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

Duty and Taxes

Subject to where you live, additional duties and taxes may be charged on your package in addition to the standard shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs and levies. We do not cover government taxes and duties on international orders and cannot advise on customs matters – please refer to your local custom office. No reimbursements or refunds will be offered on duties and taxes.

Please ensure packages can be delivered safely. No refunds or replacements can be offered on stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the item. 

We use Royal Mail as carriers. If you need to upgrade to an express shipping method, please contact us directly.
